Our project is located in the best location for vacation rentals all year round and perfect for earning income on your investment.

The recommended period time to stay is in between October to April, Krabi’s most popular time of the year for tourists.

Receiving vacation rental income for approximately 30 days per year will cover a villa’s yearly management expenses.

Additional rental days income throughout the rest of the year will return on your investment.

Joining our rental management program provides you with a full service, including:

  • Property marketing and collaboration with Krabi local and worldwide agents.
  • Management of inquiries and reservations, check-in / out.
  • Concierge and tour booking services for guests.
  • Utility payment and maintenance management services.
  • Access to up-to-date booking data and income accounts.
  • Management fee is applied to 25% per reservation.

8% return p.a.* could be achieved by a villa participating in our rental program.
